Master Planning Process

Planning for Broadband

An estimated $1.6 billion in federal funding is anticipated for Michigan to build-out new broadband networks in unserved areas. Communities will play a key role in ensuring their citizens, businesses, and institutions get connected. This workshop will preview the funding to come and provide an overview of how communities can get ready to connect.

Advanced ZBA: Beyond the Fundamentals

This is a high level, interactive session, where recent court cases and statutes are reviewed and where participants will dig into four different case studies and discuss their findings. Basic ZBA knowledge is necessary to best participate.
